Basically, our team is full of animal lovers. They make it a goal to treat each patient like their own. They give each patient plenty of love and attention. Teresa Gregory, DVM
Teresa Gregory grew up in Morehead, Ky. She attended Morehead State University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in biology. She attended Auburn University, receiving her Doctor in Veterinary Medicine degree in 1992. Dr Gregory is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association, the Association of Avian Veterinarians, the Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians and the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. She is the mother of a teen-aged son named Nicholas and many feathered and furred pets. She spends her spare time spaying/neutering rescue pets, birding, baking and making preserves. In 2011, Dr. Gregory spayed or neutered 3,181 dogs, cats, rabbits and rats on her days off.
Jerry Suddeth, DVM
Jerry Suddeth was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended St. Xavier High School and Hanover College prior to his acceptance to Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He first worked at Crestwood as a veterinary technician and now is the Medical Director and practicing owner of Crestwood Animal Hospital. Dr. Suddeth loves the challenges and variety of general practice, but he especially enjoys dermatology, surgery, and companion exotic pet medicine. He and his wife Stephanie have a son named Theodore and family of two dogs – Abby, a lab mix; Izzy, an English Mastiff; – an African Grey Parrot named Duncan, and a Bearded Dragon named Aubie. In his spare, Dr. Suddeth enjoys playing golf, watching college and professional sports, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite artists are Jason Mraz and Maroon 5, his favorite TV show is The Walking Dead, and his favorite sports teams are the Louisville Cardinals, Auburn Tigers, and San Antonio Spurs.
Kaitlin Redmon, DVM
Kaitlin Redmon is a native of Louisville, KY, and she attended Sacred Heart Academy before receiving a degree in biology from Hanover College. She graduated with her doctorate in veterinary medicine in 2014 from Auburn University. Afterwards, she completed a yearlong rotating internship in small animal internal medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Louisville. Her particular interests include internal medicine, feline medicine, and dermatology. Dr. Redmon married her high school sweetheart, Tommy, after completing veterinary school, and their blended family includes three cats (Willow, Mr. Darcy, and Ivan the Terrible) and a Great Pyrenees mix, Finnegan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, yoga, and cooking.
Lacy Tucker, DVM
Lacy Tucker is a Western Kentucky native who obtained her undergraduate degree in biology with an agriculture minor from Western Kentucky University (Go Tops!). She attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and has been practicing in the Louisville area since graduating. Her particular veterinary interests include surgery, ultrasound, dermatology, and dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Tucker enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her fiancé, Adam, and her two labs, Celia and Duke.
Markie Dohrenwend, DVM
Markie Dohrenwend was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Centre College. She recently graduated from Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Dohrenwend is particularly interested in canine rehabilitation, and she is currently working towards her certification through the CCRP program at the University of Tennessee. She also recently became approved to work with GRRAND to help foster golden retrievers. In her spare time she enjoys exploring Louisville to try new restaurants and watching anything on the Food Network channel.
Debbie Croak, Practice Manager
Debbie joined Crestwood Animal Hospital in 1994 because of her love for animals and a desire to learn as much as possible. She has been the practice manager since 1998. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association and the Veterinary Hospitals Manager’s Association. Debbie and her husband, Paul share their home with three dogs, Jacks & Boo, toy poodles and Sprocket, a Goldendoodle. They also have four cats, as well as a blue-headed pionus named Cricket, and Azaria, a rose-breasted cockatoo. Debbie enjoys spending time with her “animal family”, camping, reading, fostering animals and rescue work.
Brooke, Director of Marketing
Brooke grew up in Nashville, TN and graduated from Western Kentucky University with her Bachelors of Science degree in 2012. She started at Crestwood Animal Hospital shadowing the veterinarians in October of 2014, then moved to the Client Care Team in July of 2015. Then in June of 2017, she moved to an exciting new position as the Director of Marketing. She loves spending time with her fiancé, their two year old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix named Kate, one year old Doberman mix named Henley, and five year old cat named Myko. In her free time, Brooke enjoys wedding planning, reading, and taking the dogs to Lake Nolin.
Paige, RVT, Medical Care Team Leader
Paige is a medical care team leader. She is a registered veterinary technician and has been working in the field for more than 20 years. She believes that this is the best vocation in the world and loves all species large, small and exotic. Her two passions in veterinary medicine are behavior and clinical pathology. She has a special-need kitty, Mary Weebles and a boxer puppy, Liesel. She is a mother of two wonderful boys and she and her husband enjoy gardening and outdoor activities.
Lisa, LVT, Medical Care Team Leader
Lisa grew up in Oldham County and graduated from Oldham County High School. She went to Murray State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology and passed her national exam to be licensed shortly after. Upon graduation, she moved back to Oldham County with her husband, two daughters and all of their animals. She likes to rescue and foster animals and is certified for Wildlife Rehabilitation. Lisa loves working with every kind of animal including exotics and wildlife, and has a passion for animal behavior and teaching others about our field. She enjoys spending time with her family, and going to the lake, as well as doing pretty much anything outside. She currently has two dogs (Carpathian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees), several cats, and many exotics including rats, a bunny, birds, leopard geckos, a hedgehog, and several snakes, as well as a few beta fish.
Kathy, Client Care Team Leader
Kathy joined the Client Care team in June 2013. She grew up in Idaho, went to college in Montana and moved to Kentucky in 2011 after living in San Francisco for 11 years. She lives in La Grange with her husband Jason. They share their home with Kalliope, a 19 year old cat, and plan on adding a couple new kittens in a couple months. They also have started raising chickens named Edith, Goldie, Tweedle, and Dee. In her spare time Kathy enjoys traveling, knitting, gardening, and being a long distance hockey fan (Go San Jose Sharks!).
Lorna, Animal Care Team Leader
Lorna has been an animal care team member here on and off since 2007. She has been with the Oldham County schools for the last three years but because of her love for animals decided to come back to Crestwood Animal Hospital full-time.
She lives on a mini farm in Goshen with her husband, two of three children and a menagerie of animals including horses, a cow, goats, chickens, a miniature donkey, dogs and cats.
Lisa, Inventory Manager
Lisa is our inventory manager and also works as a client care team member. She has been here since spring of 2006. She is from Owensboro, Ky., is a graduate of Murray State University and has lived in Crestwood since 2001. She and her husband, Bob, have four sons, twins Tyler and Adam, plus Sam and Benjamin. Her family also includes two gerbils named Gandy and Timone. In her spare time she enjoys Zumba, reading and camping with her family.

Mary, Medical Care Team
Mary is a medical care team member and has worked at our hospital since 2001. She lives in Henry County with her husband, a dog, two cats, and a snake. She is the author of “Link Detonator,” “Detonator Time’s Up” and “Dark Deliverance.” More information can be found on her Web site:
Paige H., LVT, Medical Care Team
Paige grew up in Louisville and graduated from Louisville Male High School. She graduated college in 2015 with an associates in veterinary technology and became licensed in 2016. While Paige loves all aspects of veterinary medicine, she is most interested in oncology, surgery, and dermatology. When she isn’t caring for patients at Crestwood Animal Hospital she spends her time reading, creating artwork, watching good movies, and enjoying the outdoors. She currently has one cat named Cora who is a diva in every aspect of the word but grew up around plenty of furry friends of all sizes including quarter horses and cattle.
Mollie, Medical Care Team
Mollie joined our medical care team in summer 2014. Mollie grew up and lives in Carrollton, Kentucky. Animals have always held a major place in her life and heart. She graduated college in 2011 with an associate’s degree in veterinary technology and is planning on becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician in the near future. Mollie loves all aspects of veterinary medicine but surgery, radiology, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and acupuncture for companion animals are among her favorites. When she’s not at Crestwood caring for patients, she’s at home with her husband Jeff, taking care of their fosters for the Humane Society of Oldham County as a neonatal kitten foster or volunteering as a vet tech at the humane society’s spay and neuter clinics. Mollie is also a Certified Wildlife Rehabilitator, she earned her certification in 2013 through the IWRC. Mollie has 6 cats; all rescued as kittens, and three dogs; 6 year old Chihuahua triplets, in her spare time she also enjoys kayaking, geocaching, reading, cooking, spending time with family, and archery.
Erica, Medical Care Team
Erica has worked at Crestwood Animal Hospital for over 3 years on our Animal Care and Client Care Team. She is currently on our Medical Care Team and enjoys helping heal and care for animals. Erica has a cat named Casper and plans on rescuing other animals from shelters. Erica’s dream is to help as many older sick animals from shelters to give them the life they deserve. In her spare time she fosters and helps with Ferret Haven. She has always loved being around animals and could not imagine a day without them.
Brenna, Medical Care Team
Brenna grew up in Oldham County and graduated from Oldham County High School. Brenna has two horses, Oliver and Oreo and two dogs, a border collie mix named Holly Lynn and a pointer mix named Finnley Jo. Brenna originally joined the Crestwood Animal Hospital team in July 2014 on the Animal Care Team and moved to the Medical Care Team in March 2016. In her spare time she loves riding and showing her horses.
Lindsay, Medical Care Team
Lindsay is an Oldham County native who attended and graduated from South Oldham High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Clay and their son, Levi doing just about anything outside. Lindsay began working at Crestwood Animal Hospital in June 2016, but has been working with and caring for animals since 2007. She has six pets of her owner, two dogs – Copper and Goose, and four cats – C’mere, Cali, Orange and Meech. She has a passion for working with animals and wouldn’t be doing anything else!

Jen, Client Care Team
Jen has been a Client Care Team Member at our hospital since April 2007. She graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Sullivan University and a degree in Psychology at Indiana University Southeast. Her close-knit family consists of her husband Tim, their son Max and two cats named, Skillet and Ike. In their spare time together, she and her husband enjoy movies, reading, traveling, kayaking and spending time with friends.
Adrienne, Client Care Team
Adrienne joined the client care team in November 2011. She grew up in New York, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She and her family moved to Kentucky in 2002 after living in Maryland for 10 years. She currently lives in Crestwood with her husband, Jim, and two sons, Zack and Max. They share their home with Sadie, an 11-year-old chocolate lab, and a tank full of fish. In her spare time she enjoy spending time with her family, reading, movies and volunteering as a part-time puppy trainer/applicant coordinator for Paws with Purpose, a local service dog organization. At her church and in her neighborhood, she is known as the “dog lady” because at any given time she can be found with at least one dog at her side.
Lesley, Client Care Team
Lesley grew up in Oldham County. She joined the front desk in 2014, but has been a client for many, many years. She attended UofL and then worked with her family in a construction business for 20+ years. Lesley resides in Oldham County with her daughter, Brenna. Their furry family consists of two horses Oliver & Oreo, three dogs Strider, Wenye & Holly, one house cat Princess and three barn cats Pandi, Lance & Telle. She enjoys cooking and being with family and friends in her spare time.
Brandi, Client Care Team
Brandi grew up in Whitesburg, a very small town in Southeast Ky. In 2003, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Pikeville College. After moving to Louisville in 2008, she went back to school and became a Certified Medical Assisstant. Brandi worked in clinics for five years before coming to work at Crestwood Animal Hospital. She was married in 2010 and has two children, Dora, eight years old and Elijah, nine months. She also has three fur babies Daisy Mae, a four year old Chihuahua and two cats Fancy and Calli. They all keep her very busy!

Jordan, Animal Care Team
Jordan Geisler is a senior and attends a campus in Carollton for college classes. He’s been working with CAH since July of 2015, and he enjoys working especially with dogs. He has one dog named Buddy and looks forward to having many more in the future. In his spare time, he enjoys writing, playing tennis, being with his friends, and spending time with his family.
Hannah, Animal Care Team
Hannah is an Oldham County native and lifelong animal lover. She started working at CAH in September 2016 on the animal care team. Her family has six dogs- Sadie, Bear, Penny Lane, Charlie, Bella, and Snow White. Hannah wishes she could save all the homeless animals so in the future she wants to open an animal rescue/sanctuary. She is currently looking at applying to school so she can become a licensed veterinary technician!
Katie, Animal Care Team
Ryan is proud to be the groomer here at Crestwood Animal Hospital. He loves coming to work everyday and sharing his passion for animals. When it comes to his work, he takes pride in every single pet that he grooms and wants them looking great and more importantly he wants them to leave happy. He is a member of the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists, which is dedicated to the exceptional care of animals and the importance of continuing education. He has three dogs, “Maddie” a whippet mix, “Dusty” a shepherd mix, and “Jasper” a golden doodle. He would like to thank everyone in advance for entrusting the care and appearance of their four legged family members to him.
Leshia, Grooming Assistant
Leshia started working at the hospital as a bather and has enjoyed the work as well as the staff. She moved to Louisville from Florida three years ago. She is married and has two stepsons, Daniel, 17, and Dusten, 16, and three dogs – Grace, a Chihuahua, Kira, a spitz mix, and Riddick, a min pin – as well as a cat named Haylee. She served seven years on active duty and two years as a reserve in the Marine Corps and has a black belt in tae kwon do.
